The Bahama awning is our shutter style aluminum awning applicable for doors, windows, and entryways. This awning is perfect for any residential home or commercial buildings. Its modular design makes assembly and installation seamless for any professional installer, contractor, or anyone looking to do a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) project.
The awning is individually hand-crafted and durable. The framework is constructed out of a powder-coated mill finish aluminum and assembled with stainless steel hardware. The powder-coated finishes are available in black, bronze, copper, and pewter. The finish is treated with resistant coatings that keep the awning water resistant, fade resistant, and prevent mildew and soil build up. The awnings material and structure can withstand harsh winds, heavy rain, snow, and is even perfect for high humidity climates.
Assembling this fixed awning is simple with our step-by-step manual and can be installed on many different surfaces types such as brick, stucco, wood, stone and other surfaces.

Type Of Delivery:
- Small Parcel (UPS Ground/FedEx Ground): No signature required for small parcel delivery; left at recipient’s door.
- LTL (Less Than Truckload) Delivery: Orders of 5 or more items may be delivered via LTL; specific arrangements will be made accordingly.
- These are modular awnings and are shipped in a single box, with all components included.

- Monday through Saturday (hours vary).
Shipping Cost:
- US Domestic (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories): 11% or $40 per awning

Lead Times:
- Off Season (September – March): 1.5 – 2 week delivery on average
- In Season (April – August): 2.5 – 3 week delivery on average
Inspections & Warranty:
- Small Parcel Inspections For Damage: Inspect contents within 5 days for concealed damages; report to warranty@awntech.com.
- Inspections For Missing Parts: Notify Awntech within 30 days for missing pieces; failure to do so voids warranty replacements.
Scheduling Contractors/Installers:
- Wait to schedule appointments until delivery and inspection are completed.
- Product is DIY and can be assembled and installed by two or more skilled individuals; contractors not required.
